Simple does not mean easy

"Nothing worth having was ever achieved without effort" - Theodore Roosevelt

There is nothing complicated about what I will teach you in this book.

All of it is simple.

But that doesn't mean getting good at it is easy. It isn't.

Something is easy if we can achieve it with little or no effort. Something is simple if it's straightforward and can be understood without difficulty.

Simple and easy are not the same thing.

As simple as each of the principles and skills is, becoming a proficient financial modeller will require effort.

"All things are difficult before they are easy" - Thomas Fuller.
